Heidis sjokoladebrygge

North of Dønna, Heidi has transformed an old fishing pier into what is perhaps the world's smallest chocolate factory. Heavenly organic chocolate and other goodies are served here in beautiful surroundings.

Augustbryggo

Augustbryggo is a cultural arena on Seløy in Herøy municipality which consists of a restaurant, accommodation and exhibition center. The viewing center takes care of and will show the fishing and aquaculture history on Helgeland. Here you can see the development from the beginning - to today.

Myken Distillery

In the old fish reception in the traditional fishing village of Myken, 32 km from the mainland, you will find the world's first Arctic whiskey distillery. In addition, gin is produced for the long, bright summer nights. Join a guided tour and tasting at the distillery.

Utværet Lånan

Lånan is an archipelago in Vega municipality located 30 km out to sea, northwest of the main island Vega. The archipelago is the largest downy weather in the world heritage area. During a visit to Lånan you will learn more about the unique tradition of caring for eider ducks.

In the middle of the world heritage area you will find Skogsholmen guest house, a restored boarding school that offers accommodation and food. At the boarding school there is also a photo exhibition that shows how life was on the island "in the old days"

Torshavn on Lurøy is located right on the seafront and has fantastic views of the Helgeland coast. In the summer, the culinary experiences are in line at the restaurant and the focus is on good ingredients from the district.

Klokkergården

Klokkergården is located at the foot of the famous landmark mountain Rødøyløva on the Helgeland coast. The manor house has a beautiful location with many opportunities for outdoor life and a variety of activities. Skålvær

Skålvær is located furthest west in Alstahaug municipality. In the middle of the lease between Herøy and Vega. Skålvær has a long history as a trading place on Helgeland. The place has today been vacated, but large parts are now a state-guaranteed outdoor area, and invite to excursions and recreation.

Oscarbrygga

Just below the Arctic Circle, on Tonnes, is OscarBrygga. They offer accommodation in fisherman's cabins and rooms on the pier, with a view of the shipping lane and "Hestmannen".

During the summer season, the restaurant is open daily for serving local fish dishes and other home-cooked food.

Sjokoladebrygga

Nord på Dønna har Heidi forvandlet en gammel fiskebrygge til det som kanskje er verdens minste sjokoladefabrikk. Her serveres det himmelsk økologisk sjokolade og andre god saker i vakre omgivelser.

Vevelstad gjestegård, rorbuer og båter
